Cancellation is possible for all treatments except SPMU up to 2 working days* BEFORE your appointment!
This can be done by telephone or via the link in the confirmation email.

Spmu can be changed or canceled up to 1 week* before the appointment.

In case of late* cancellation, 50% of the booked treatment will be charged.

In case of cancellations on the day of the appointment or no show, 70% of the booked treatment will be charged.

By making an appointment you automatically agree to our general terms and conditions and these are indisputable.

Advances

Once advances have been paid, they will never be refunded. As soon as an advance has been paid, you automatically agree to these conditions.

If we have not received an advance payment within the stated payment term, your appointment may be canceled. This will always be communicated via email.

We are authorized to request proof of payment to confirm your appointment.

If you have to cancel the appointment made and this is done in time* (see cancellation), your advance payment will remain valid for your next and same type of treatment for 1 year. Paid advances can never be used for other treatments or products.

In the event of late cancellation or no show, the deposit will be withdrawn and can no longer be recovered.

SPMU – eyelash extensions

SPMU appointments can be moved if this is requested maximum 1 week before the appointment. The paid advance will then be transferred to the next and same treatment. If this is requested last minute, canceled late or if it is a no-show, your deposit will be withheld.

With s pmu , in many cases a touch-up treatment is required within 8 weeks after the first application and should be scheduled immediately when making the 1st appointment. This touch-up costs €25.
In some cases a 3rd treatment is required, which will be charged at €50 if this falls within 8 weeks of your first follow-up treatment. 3rd touch-ups that occur outside 8 weeks after your 2nd appointment will be charged at the annual touch-up price.

It is your responsibility to schedule your dates in a timely manner via the website, telephone or on site, otherwise you will pay the full price again when the term has expired.

You should also immediately book the following appointments for eyelash extensions. This is because we cannot guarantee that we will have a seat if you do it late.

Do you book too late, or does an appointment need to be rescheduled? Then you pay the full price again.

We have the right to cancel the treatments if the above agreements are not fulfilled.

Photo and film material

You give TRUST ME permission to take photos and videos of your treatment and results. This will only serve to advertise on our social media.

4. ONLINE PURCHASES

The customer adds the chosen products to the basket and follows the online ordering procedure. Once the order has been confirmed, TRUST ME will receive the order. 6. PENALTIES FOR NON-PAYMENT

Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights that TRUST ME has, in the event of non-payment or late payment, the customer is legally liable to pay interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount from the date of the default and without notice. 7. DELIVERY

After receipt of payment, items are packaged and delivered via bpost, only in Belgium. Shipping takes place within 2 working days, unless there is a stock outage.

A shipping cost of 6 euros will be charged. Shipping is free for an order value of 50 euros or more. (exception to promotions where shipping will be free)

Customers can also opt for in-store collection.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming in delivery must be reported immediately.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
